Once you have signed up for The Recruiting Advantage we will create a site for you using your branding.   A unique access code is provided which is to be shared with prospective employees.    They simply enter the code, their name and state.  Subsequent screens are created with information unique to that individual.

 

 

After the prospective employee enters the site, a modeling tool is presented.   The candidate can confidentially enter the information appropriate to their wage and the benefits they might consider.   They are given options to choose not only the type of coverage, but whether they want to include their spouse or family in that plan.   Each coverage area includes links to pages that summarize plan coverage.   

This page gives your prospect the ability to generate total compensation reports based on self-guided scenarios.

 

The example on this page demonstrates the benefit details presented to your prospects.  They have access to all of the benefit information they need...and without having to contact personnel in your Human Resources office.   We have developed a questionnaire to designed to capture most information regarding your total rewards and what is to be included on your customized statement.  The process is thorough yet easy.

 

 

 

Once the prospect has completed the modeling section, a comprehensive report is presented online.

The prospect will see:

  • DIRECT COMPENSATION: The total value of the employment offer.
  • INDIRECT COMPENSATION:  The costs to the employee and the employer for benefits coverage as well as a summary of any investment contributions.
  • ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Items provided or offered to all employees.  Again, a hyperlink takes them to the details of your corporate benefits information.
  • TOTAL COMPENSATION:  The annualized total of all benefits associated with the prospects modeling choice.  Here the individual can get a full understanding of the value of their total compensation package. The pie chart visualizes the percentage of each dollar category that is applied to the total compensation package.

Note that this page is printer friendly ...enablingthe prospect to generate a variety of modeling scenarios and print them for personal records, sharing them with advisors and family members when appropiate.

 

 

The comparison toolkit offers links to prospects that enable them to see the value of your offer measured against the buying power for that compensation by geographic location.
